Any text messages sent to US-based RapidReach message recipients will originate from US short code 21014. Special conditions apply for receiving and replying to RapidReach text messages, see below.

How to Opt-in

RapidReach is not available to the public. To opt-in, contact your Organization’s Administrator of RapidReach.

How to Opt-out

To Opt-out from RapidReach, send STOP to 21014 for instructions, or contact your Organization’s Administrator of RapidReach.

How to get help or support

To get help, email us at support@enera.com, or call our toll free number at 866.463.6372. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP into 21014.
