RapidReach was originally designed in 1992 for the Winter Maintenance market - to call drivers to get them out treating the roads, to prevent fatal accidents.  RapidReach had to be easy to use, and before the internet, it had to be utterly reliable.
 

Redundancy
A Secure mutually redundant, extensible network of Notification and Web Servers is a requirement for emergency notification.  Our customers have at least four levels of failover.  All servers are in Top Tier Telecom Data Centers – close to the Cloud to avoid latency, and connected directly to major telecom and internet switches.

Efficient and Reliable
RapidReach is designed from the ground up around the most efficient emergency notification engine on the market.  Our database engine can manage thousands of lines simultaneously, tracking responses, coordinating retries and fully documenting all steps in the notification process.   Our modular design makes integration with external systems easy and secure.
